  • Weekly Full Schedule Backups are conducted to our server.

3. Bugs Report Measure:
  • All Subscriptions comes with Technical Issue Reporting features which allowed all administrators to efficiently report technical issues. At the same time, the respective Account Manager/Service Director will be notified.

  • Alternatively, you may report the issue to our Technical Department by sending emails.

As we are developing the entire functionality of the E-Commerce website from scratch (0 to 100) and following the standard SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), we expect to complete the project, including planning, development, and testing, within approximately 30 to 45 days.

When it comes to pricing, Exchange Merchant aims to be transparent, but please note that extra charges may occur in the following situations:

  • Domain Purchase: Domain purchase charges applied, If the client opts for a domain other than (.com/ .com.my/ .my/ .net/ .biz).
  • WebMail Service: Additional charges may apply for any increase or upgrade in storage. Get WebMail Upgrade Price
  • Upgrade Server: Clients are responsible for bearing the charges associated with any requested server upgrades.
NO Transaction Fees from Exchange Merchant
  • Exchange Merchant DO NOT charge any transaction fees.
  • However, please be aware that third-party vendors (such as Payment Gateway Companies) might charge Processing Fees per order if users make payments using their services.

Account Manager (Known as 'AM')
  • The Account Manager (AM) plays a crucial role in connecting Exchange Merchant and our clients. They handle various interactions, such as providing support and assistance with subscriptions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Service Director (Known as 'SD')
  • The Service Director (SD) is a Director-level contact person assigned to monitor the duties of the Account Manager (AM) that has been assisgned to your account. They serve as a 2nd-level escalation point and act as a dedicated support person above AM to manage your account.
  • For accounts with a Service Director, any reported technical issues via tickets or emails will be acknowledged (Either By Service Director or Technical Department) within a maximum of 24 hours.
  • The Service Director also takes on the responsibility of monitoring Error Logs and Faults Alerts promptly. In case of any Error Logs or Faults Alerts, the Service Director will immediately collaborate with our Technical Department to rectify the issue.
